1.How to order products from your company?
Order Procedure
*Selection of products and specify the dimensions.
*Estimation and quotation on products, shipping and insurance cost.
*Confirmation about the order information (quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms etc.).
*Down payment to be sent or L/C to be set up. Fax bank statement as confirmation.
*Production by our factory.Inspection of the finished products.
*Packing,transport,make shipment to your nearest port or your final address.
2.Can you offer us any information of shipping cost or ship your products to us?
Yes,please let us know your port and contacting details.
3.Can you send us samples before ordering?
Yes, just specify your requirement. We usually supply 100*100*10mm. Normally our stone samples are all free of charge. But we will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partner. Therefore, sometimes you're requested to providing a courier service account number.
4.Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity you require?
Yes,we do accept retail order.We do both wholesaling and retailing.
Normally, our MOQ is one 20' full container, with mixed products, such as tiles, slabs, cut-to-size and so on. But this doesn't mean that we don't accept LCL container (less than a container load).
5.What are your advantages?

6. Do you make customized design?
Yes.We do products as per client requirement,just give us the diagrams and designs.
7. What is your port of loading?
Xiamen Port .
8. How long can my order be shipped once my order is confirmed?
1) Normally 7-15days for less 10x20GP.
2) Normal Voyage time: different from port to port.
To west European basic port: 27 days
To western coast of America: 15 days
To eastern coast of America: 28-35 days

9. How do you guarantee the quality of my order?
1) As the professional stone manufacturer,we have a well-trained and experienced team.
2) Before packaging,it is a must procedure to inpect the quality.
3) We always welcome yourself to come to our factory to inspect your own order.
10.Are you sure the packages are strong enough for long distance transportation? If damages happen during transportation,what can you do?
Yes,we use strong wooden crates for outside packing.Inside, we use foam sheets.
If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing,our company will take the responsibility.
11.How could I get to know how much stone I could load per 20' container?
At Xiamen port in China, we could load the maximum gross weight of 27 tons into one 20’container. Therefore, how much stone you could load per 20’container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of stone colors range from 2600 to 3000 KGS per cubic meter. The marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter. The granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates. Therefore, for America, the quantity per 20’container load is as follows:
