*Estimation and quotation on products, shipping and insurance cost.

*Production by our factory.Inspection of the finished products.
*Packing,transport,make shipment to your nearest port or your final address.

2.Can you offer us any information of shipping cost or ship your products to us?
Yes,please let us know your port and contacting details.

3.Can you send us samples before ordering?
Yes,but we send the samples under customer cost.

4.Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity you require?
Yes,we do accept retail order.We do both wholesaling and retailing.The minimum quantity is according to materials
and products you order.

5.What are your advantages?

7. What is your port of loading?

8. How long can my order be shipped once my order is confirmed?
1) Normally 15-22days for less 4x20GP.
2) Normal Voyage time: different from port to port.
To west European basic port: 27 days
To western coast of America: 15 days
To eastern coast of America: 28-35 days

10.Are you sure the packages are strong enough for long distance transportation? If damages happen during transportation,what can you do?
Yes,we use strong wooden crates for outside packing.Inside, we use foam sheets.
If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing,our company will take the responsibility.

11. What is your payment terms?
L/C at sight(Letter of Credit),T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
